Digital Theatre Outage - Beginning June 8th 2017

As many of you may be aware, Digital Theatre has recently suffered a technical failure over the weekend of 8th June which has resulted in you not being able to watch your productions. This was discovered on Monday 12th June, and we have been working hard with our software and web developers to resolve the issue as a matter of urgency.

Our software developers are currently working on a fix as a top priority, and are currently testing a possible solution. As such, we hope to get DT up and running again by the weekend. 

For anybody attempting to watch a rental, please let us know if your production disappears before you can complete watching it. We are more than happy to reset your rental and replace the production in your library.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused, we know it must be frustrating to not be able to enjoy theatre!
