Where is my verification e-mail?

If you are a customer who used to use our old website and haven't yet signed into the new one, you can still use your old email address to sign into the new site.

On attempting to sign in with your old log in details, you will have seen a pop-up asking you to check your email address for a verification link. If you don't receive this email, please check your inbox for a email from noreply@digitaltheatreplus.com and make sure it's not getting sorted into spam. 

If you still cannot find the verification email you can still gain access to your old account and previous purchases. All you need to do is navigate to our website and click the ‘subscribe’ button instead of ‘sign in’, then create a new account using the exact email address that you used to use on our old website. Even if you do not have access to that email address, you can still use it to sign in. Our system will automatically add your purchases if it matches up the email and you can update your email address once you have signed in.

    It would be nice if you bothered to get back to the people you’ve wronged! I can see I am not the only one. You are quick enough to take money when you shouldn’t have. All I want it a refund and I can be free of you. It’s been over a week and not the slightest response.

    I do t want to subscribe and it cost me money, I just want to access the film I previously purchased. It won’t let me subscribe without bank details!!
