How do I find my restored purchases?

To find your previously purchased productions, new rentals or to check your subscriptions, please make sure you are signed into our website. From the home page, please click on the pink ‘Account’ button on the top right of the page. You’ll then see your account information, and just below your name you'll see the tab ‘Purchase History’. Click on this, and you’ll see all the productions assigned to your account and you’ll see how long your rentals or subscriptions have left before expiring.

    When I click "Purchase History" the site takes no action.  It is as if I do not have the link.  I purchased a production in 2013 that I would like to access but cannot.  Please advise.

    Hello - I received this from tech support, and it did the trick. It was a bit roundabout but worked.

    Please click the ‘subscribe’ button instead of ‘sign in’, and create a new account using the same email address that you used to use on our old website. Our system will automatically add your purchases if it matches up the email. When you get to the payment page click on Account > Purchase History and you should see all of your productions.
