How do I find my restored purchases?

To find your previously purchased productions, new rentals or to check your subscriptions, please make sure you are signed into our website. From the home page, please click on the pink ‘Account’ button on the top right of the page. You’ll then see your account information, and just below your name you'll see the tab ‘Purchase History’. Click on this, and you’ll see all the productions assigned to your account and you’ll see how long your rentals or subscriptions have left before expiring.

When I click "Purchase History" the site takes no action.  It is as if I do not have the link.  I purchased a production in 2013 that I would like to access but cannot.  Please advise.

Hello - I received this from tech support, and it did the trick. It was a bit roundabout but worked.

Please click the ‘subscribe’ button instead of ‘sign in’, and create a new account using the same email address that you used to use on our old website. Our system will automatically add your purchases if it matches up the email. When you get to the payment page click on Account > Purchase History and you should see all of your productions.

This is nonsense. I purchased -- not rented, not subscribed to -- PURCHASED a production of Merrily We Roll Along from your site two years ago. Last year I could access the video but the account info says it is now not purchased but rented until 2025, which is ridiculous.

Now, I can't even access the content because your site is not allowing me to re-subscribe (as Michael Smith above mentions) without giving you my credit card info and starting a real subscription, which I do not want.

Just let me download the two productions I have in my purchase history and I'll be done with your absolutely awful web site. I have worked in IT for 25 years and have never seen a site and a backend system so totally unusable by the public.

Simply, fix my account so I can access the content. Give me what I paid for. I will arrange the rest.

I have the same problem as people above - I PURCHASED several productions. The website now says I rented them and they have expired. This is ludicrous - I have paid good money to PURCHASE these productions. As comments above, allow me a link to download a copy of what is rightfully mine.
