How do I find my restored purchases?

To find your previously purchased productions, new rentals or to check your subscriptions, please make sure you are signed into our website. From the home page, please click on the pink ‘Account’ button on the top right of the page. You’ll then see your account information, and just below your name you'll see the tab ‘Purchase History’. Click on this, and you’ll see all the productions assigned to your account and you’ll see how long your rentals or subscriptions have left before expiring.

When I click "Purchase History" the site takes no action.  It is as if I do not have the link.  I purchased a production in 2013 that I would like to access but cannot.  Please advise.

Hello - I received this from tech support, and it did the trick. It was a bit roundabout but worked.

Please click the ‘subscribe’ button instead of ‘sign in’, and create a new account using the same email address that you used to use on our old website. Our system will automatically add your purchases if it matches up the email. When you get to the payment page click on Account > Purchase History and you should see all of your productions.

This is nonsense. I purchased -- not rented, not subscribed to -- PURCHASED a production of Merrily We Roll Along from your site two years ago. Last year I could access the video but the account info says it is now not purchased but rented until 2025, which is ridiculous.

Now, I can't even access the content because your site is not allowing me to re-subscribe (as Michael Smith above mentions) without giving you my credit card info and starting a real subscription, which I do not want.

Just let me download the two productions I have in my purchase history and I'll be done with your absolutely awful web site. I have worked in IT for 25 years and have never seen a site and a backend system so totally unusable by the public.

Simply, fix my account so I can access the content. Give me what I paid for. I will arrange the rest.

I have the same problem as people above - I PURCHASED several productions. The website now says I rented them and they have expired. This is ludicrous - I have paid good money to PURCHASE these productions. As comments above, allow me a link to download a copy of what is rightfully mine.

I have exactly the same problem. My purchases are now showing up as if I had rented them. I don't need to tell you that there is a great (legal) difference between BUYING something and RENTING it.

Merrily We Roll Along is also the musical I really want to watch in HD (as purchased). I seem to be able to watch it in a lower resolution, but how can I get the HD version I paid for?

Please help me (and all the others who have purchased productions from you) to receive the products they have paid for. Otherwise what you have done is tantamount to theft and I think you need to give us a refund of our purchase price (although I would far rather have the productions I have purchased).

Same here and same productions which are mentioned above - Merrily and Much Ado. Is anyone from DT actually going to address this?

I have the same issue as those above, I *purchased* a show long, long before the advent of the new site and its conditions. I would like the show I paid for, or at the very least to be reimbursed. Taking away what people paid for without reimbursement, or even an explanation, is tantamount to stealing. Digital Theatre is a disgrace.

What has happened to Digital Theatre?

I bought, not rented a few productions including Hamlet and Much Ado.  There was a library area where purchases were kept.

I read about a button situated under my name and there is no button. Obviously there quite a few people affected by this and no one on here is saying it has been satisfactorily resolved.

I think at the very least we deserve an explanation and a refund of money paid in good faith for our plays.

I also purchased "Much Ado About Nothing" a few years ago, and just discovered the DT app doesn't work with my iphone OS anymore.  I re-registered with the new site, and I get no response when I click on PURCHASE HISTORY.   This is ridiculous, and why I still want a physical DVD when i purchase movies or theatre.  I definitely wont subscribe after being ripped off like this.

They obviously dont care, as no one from DT has responded to anyone on this thread with issues.

Email the support team--this was really frustrating and it felt like no one was helping, but once I got in contact with them they were able to restore the purchases. They do show up under "rentals" but they assured me they would continue to be available.

I still wish there was an option to have them as a permanent download so stuff like this wasn't an issue.

There is no pink account button at the top of the page.
