I have forgotten my username and/or password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your username, please remember to log in with your registered email address. 

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset here .

Once you have entered your email address, a new password will be sent to your inbox immediately. Please keep an eye out for an email from noreply@digitaltheatreplus.com , and if you cant find it please check your spam folder. 

Once you have logged back in to your account be sure to change your password to something more memorable.
