Productions Won't Stream Or Show Blank On The Digital Theatre Website

If you're seeing a blank page, or a play button with a line trough it when attempting to stream your production, the chances are you need to ensure that Shockwave/Adobe flash is enabled. If you're viewing from your computer, please update to the latest version by clicking here:

You should also check your enabled plugins under your browser settings to make sure that Flash is able to run.  If you aren't sure how to do this, Adobe have a really comprehensive guide on how to get flash working here:

However, if you are attempting to view our productions online via a mobile device such as a tablet or phone and seeing the above issue, you will not be able to resolve the issue in the same way as the function is not supported. Please see this article for more details.
