I can't stream my productions on the app, what's wrong?

“The authentication data for this stream is invalid” 

If you are seeing this error message, or are seeing a license error message, then it may be that you need to clear your DRM. To do so, you will need to enter the settings by clicking on the cog in the top right of the app. You should then see the option to ‘Clear DRM’.

Once done, log out of the app and close it. Then, you can launch the app and log straight back in. The problem should now have resolved.
